Order
hOW DO i ORDER mY Child'S pHOTOS?
You will receive an email & text with the link to your photos! You could also log in with your child's Access Code. If you have multiple children, you can log in with both Access Codes at the same time.
Choose a Package
When you open your link, you'll see some preview images and options for packages. Browse and select from any of our available packages. Select which photo(s) you'd like those packages to be made with.
Create Your Customized Order
After you've selected your package, individual products will be unlocked. At this point, you can click products and build your custom order with the a la carte options! Be sure to select the print sizes and number of prints/digitals you need, and DON'T FORGET TO CROP THE PHOTOS how you like them best!
Checkout
Follow the simple instructions to finish checking out! You will receive a separate email before the end of the day with your download link for any digitals you've purchased. You can check the status of your order via the account login provided as well as the tracking number when that is emailed soon after.
Can I order from an expired gallery?
Yes, but there is a $35 fee to retrieve your images from the archive.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! There is a promo code already entered into your private gallery's cart which will be offered for a short amount of time for the early birds who shop right away! Also, there is sometimes a chance to win $50 print/download credit! You'll find out more details on picture day! Or, follow our social media to see when our next giveaway is!
