You Need To Know:
Payment for picture day is due by February 20th, 2023. The cost for each student's session is $45. After 2/20/23, there will be a $10 price increase for late payment per student.
Each dancer's gallery will be credited with $45 which can be spent on anything in the store - prints, digitals, gifts, keychains, buttons, mousepads, plaques and statuettes!
The list goes on and on!
If your TTT student would like to have an *additional* time slot for more photo options, a different hairstyle, buddy or BFF photos, you can book another slot by following this link!
This link is also available for late arrivals who miss their time, as we are not able to squeeze any more students into the schedule once it's finalized.

FAQ
Q: Do I have to wait with my student for the group photo to be taken?
A: No! We plan to create the group photos using the best images from their individual sessions this year!
Q: How should I wear my hair on picture day?
A: Your TTT student will be given a paper explaining exactly what their hairstyle should be for each costume!
Q: Can I wear jewelry with my costume?
A: Not on picture day, but you may schedule a 2nd time slot for $15 to double your photos and wear whatever accessories or hairstyle you'd like!
You can, however, wear stud earrings. Mrs. Raelynn has some beautiful earrings available at the TTT front desk. These are perfect for pierced and non-pierced ears!

No classes during Photo Week:
March 6th - March 10th
Please see your handout from class to find your photo appointment!
ALL COSTUMES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND ACCOUNT PAID UP TO DATE IN ORDER TO TAKE THEM HOME THE WEEK OF FEB 27-MARCH 3.
If your costume is not paid in full by this date, please arrive at the studio in time to sign out your student's costume for them to use for their pictures. Otherwise, please arrive at your appointment time with your student completely dressed and ready to go.
Everyone has an appointment time for their photo to be taken, even if you are not performing. Please arrive 10 minutes before your photo time and come to the desk in the lobby to check in, then go wait in Studio B to be called! ALL students that are performing in the recital are REQUIRED to have their photo taken individually. These photos will be used for making our child security badges and the class group photos for the recital program.
For any student not performing, you may still have photos taken in your favorite dance, tumbling, or cheer attire to celebrate all your hard work this season!
Please be on time and ready for your photo appointment (10 mins early). This includes arriving wearing your costume, tights (if required), hair piece (if given one), and other accessories, with proper hair/makeup done and dance shoes (sequin tennis shoes for hip hop).

NO OBSERVERS are permitted in the studio room during photos- please remain in the lobby.
NO PHONES are permitted to be used in the studio during picture week - photos are NOT allowed to be taken by clients inside of the studio.
