This year we are trying something different to help make picture day as optimized as possible for each student!
All costumes will be on ONE QR code, with only ONE gallery per student. Hooray!
The base cost for each student's session is $53. This includes a gallery of your student's favorite choice of 1 costume, plus the group photo of all costumes. Additional photos in each costume are optional, and add $10 per costume on to your base cost of $53.
For example:
One costume = $53
Two costumes = $63
Three costumes = $73
Four costumes = $83, etc
Costume add-ons are optional, and you can opt to only pay the base
$53 if you'd like.
Keep in mind, the amount paid transforms into each dancer's gallery spending credit, which can be used on anything in the store- prints, digitals, gifts, keychains, buttons, mousepads, plaques and statuettes! If you plan to "buy all" digitals, you might as well have all costumes photographed because it's included in the total amount you'd already be ordering!
This year, we will be fundraising to go towards Tip Toes and Taps moving to a new, amazing studio location! 15% of profits from sales for the first 20 days will benefit Tip Toes and Taps, so make sure to place your orders during that window. After that window has closed, photo packages will go up in price until the gallery is archived.
Q: Will Picture Day happen during our normal class time like last year?
A: No!! Pictures will be taken all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We want to use every available class time to practice dances for our big recital performance! Please make sure you are available on your scheduled day, as there will be no makeup days.
Q: Do I have to wait for all students in the class to arrive for the group photo to happen?
A: No! Similar to last year, we plan to composite the group photos using the images from their individual sessions!
Q: How should my student wear their hair on picture day?
A: Your TTT student will be given information explaining exactly what their hairstyle should be for each costume! This year, our ladies will be glowing in low buns and low ponytails.
Q: Can I wear jewelry with my costume?
A: No. However, you can wear the official TTT performance stud earrings which are available with Raelynn at the front desk and in the online store. There are pierced options and clip on options!

What kind of backgrounds can we expect?
Beachy, tropical, mermaid... and more!
For the first time EVER, you will be able to select your favorite backgrounds and make your own customized order of prints, digitals, and gifts with as many backgrounds as you like!
Picture weekend is April 19th - 21st!

If your student has more than 1 costume, you may opt to have additional photo sessions in each of their
costumes for an additional $10 added to the base cost, per costume.

1 Costume Photo Session = $53

3 Costume Photo Sessions = $73
4 Costume Photo Sessions = $83 etc.
Each student's gallery will include a spending credit in the amount you pay in as the base cost. This credit can be used on anything in the online store - prints, digitals, gifts, keychains, buttons, mousepads, plaques, statuettes, etc... the list goes on and on!
So for example: if you pay the base cost of $53 for 1 Costume Session,
you will receive a $53 credit to spend on anything of your choice in the online store!
Payment for picture day is due by April 15th, 2024.

work towards moving into a new, amazing studio home!
Once you receive your photo gallery from Catchlight CSRA - 15% of all sales for the first
20 days will benefit our studio, so make sure to place your orders during that window!
FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, you will be able to select your favorite Summer Vibes backgrounds and make your own customized order of prints, digitals, and gifts with as many different backgrounds as you like!

PLEASE NOTE
If your student signs up for multiple costume photo sessions with one of them being a ballet costume, please arrive to your appointment in their ballet costume with their hair in a low bun as required.
If your student signs up for multiple costume photo sessions and none of them are a ballet costume, you may arrive in the costume of your choice with hair in a low ponytail as required.
ALL STUDENTS MUST SHOW UP TO THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME AND BE PHOTOGRAPHED IN ALL OF THEIR COSTUMES IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED IN THEIR CLASSES GROUP PHOTO IN THE RECITAL PROGRAM.
THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF IF THEY ARE GETTING PHOTO SESSIONS IN ALL OF THEIR COSTUMES OR NOT. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME FOR ANY REASON, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!

Picture Weekend, Dress Rehearsal & Recital Requirements for 2024
Please ensure you are following the guidelines below for your student’s class/es for picture weekend, dress
rehearsal day & recital day. Please also make sure to double check that you have all the items listed below.
No jewelry is permitted to be worn other than stud earrings. We have beautiful AB Rhinestone Performance
Earrings in pierced or clip-on for sale in the Online Store of your parent portal.
Colored polish (solid or glitter) on nails and/or toes is strictly prohibited. French Manicure, Clear and Nude
polishes are acceptable.
Please put your child's full name or initials inside all their dance shoes & on the tag of all their costume pieces.
